The 25th annual CLAYTON CLUB SALOON Chili Cook-Off is on March 16! Sign-ups are now available at the bar. $40 (cash) entry with 20 available spots. All entrants must arrive at 11 am with your chili in a crock pot. NO CANNED chili please! Judging will begin at 12:30 pm. Cash prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
