25th Annual Chili Cook-Off!

Thank you for entering the Clayton Club Saloon 25th Annual Chili Cook-Off, we are honored to have you join us! Please take a few moments to read the following rules and guidelines in preparation for this event.

We will open at 10:00 am on the day of the event. Contestants must check in with the bartender by 11:30 am and begin setting up their stations.

The event will take place inside, at the stage area. There will be multiple numbered stations set up for you. You may choose any available station. Please be considerate and patient with the other contestants.

Your Chili must be cooked at your home and transported in a crockpot. Once at CCS, you will plug your crockpot into the nearest outlet and set to the lowest temperature that will keep your chili warm. Contestants are encouraged to bring crackers or corn bread to serve with their chili. Additionally, please provide your own serving utensils.

Contestants will be asked to step away from their chili at 12:00 pm and exit to the patio area so the judges can begin.

** As a reminder, you must be 21 and over to attend this event.
